The ProSpindles are a tall-body design that lowers stance and gravity center height, while producing a higher front roll center with reduced camber change to improve handling and reduce body roll during cornering.

Wilwood is pleased to announce the high-performance D52-R floating caliper built specifically for the racing industry. The D52-R caliper is built using a forged aluminum Type III hard anodize body with a 2.75” or 2.38” stainless steel piston.

Wilwood’s Forged Superlite 4R four piston kit combines radial mount calipers with 14.00” diameter GT slotted, or SRP drilled and slotted rotors. This high-capacity kit complements the Aerolite six piston front brake kit for heavy-duty highway, towing and off-road Jeep JL applications.

Affordable bolt-on brake kits provide an easy solution for enthusiasts looking to upgrade their drum brakes while using the OEM spindle.

Wilwood is pleased to announce a new rotor and hat assembly for the Trans Am Series TA2 division. Rotor assembly and installation is simplified by eliminating the rotor bolts and floating hardware, and replacing them with a large, single internal snap-ring with replaceable rotor clips that retain the Spec37 GT 48-vane rotor to the aluminum hat.

Wilwood’s Classic Series front disc brake kits for 1957-1972 Ford F-100 trucks provide an easy and affordable bolt-on solution for improved stopping power with an element of style on these classic era Ford trucks with original equipment drum brake spindles. This new kit features forged aluminum six piston DynaPro 6A calipers, BP-10 compound metallic-composite SmartPads and a one-piece integrated hub and rotor. The rotor is multi-lug drilled to accept most 15” or larger 5 x 4.50” or 5 x 5.50” lug pattern wheels. DOT approved stainless steel braided flexlines are available to complete the secure installation.

Wilwood’s championship-proven road racing brake system is now available for the 2001-2006 BMW E46 M3 platform. This system is engineered application-specific for production-based chassis using the factory hydraulics and all-dynamic electronic controls. Competition Aerolite 6R/ST front calipers are paired in tandem with Superlite 4R/ST calipers in the rear. Two-piece, dynamic mount front 14.00” (355.6mm) and rear 12.88” (327.2mm) diameter Spec37 GT competition series directional vane rotors apply the torque delivered from the BP-30 endurance racing compound SmartPads.

Wilwood’s new All-Terrain AT6 forged aluminum racing caliper is designed, engineered, and purpose-built to endure the rigors of off-road truck and buggy racing. The AT6 combines the latest technologies in manufacturing materials and processes built “tough enough for Baja.” The caliper covers a wide range of racing classes in SCORE, BITD, Ultra-4, Pre-Runner, and all similar sanctions of desert and off-road competition, and is well-suited for both short course and endurance length events

Wilwood’s TX6R Tactical Xtreme front and rear brake kit upgrades are now available for all single rear wheel (SRW) 2013-2017 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty four-wheel drive trucks. Using components and technology originally developed by Wilwood for tactical, armored and extreme-duty specialized applications, TX6R kits provide unmatched braking capacity and durability. These kits are ideal for all types of high-demand highway, towing, hauling, commercial and heavy load off-road applications.

Wilwood now offers a 15/16” bore size in their line of compact combination master cylinders. This new size provides an additional option for fine-tuning system balance and leverage in the brake hydraulics. Compact master cylinders provide the full stroke and volume output capacity of standard full-size master cylinders in a space-saving, compact design. Options for conventional flange or side body thru-bolt mounting are available with fluid outlets in either 1/8-27 NPT pipe thread, or 3/8-24 thread for banjo bolts or straight AN unions with crush washers. Complete kits include direct and remote mount fluid reservoir hardware in two different volume capacities

Wilwood's new Superlite 4R rear big brake kits for 1988-1996 C4 Corvette rear axles offer two performance-level configurations for high-capacity braking on the street, slalom or track. The OE brakes are replaced with four piston SL4R calipers and 12.88" diameter rotors. Kits are also available with an MC4 mechanical parking brake caliper. Flexlines and parking brake cables specific to the C4 are available for all production chassis Corvettes. Universal cable kits and flexlines are available for custom builds using an adapted C4 Corvette suspension. SL4R rear kits provide complete matching style, performance and balance when used with Wilwood front big brake kits.

Wilwood has expanded their coverage of big brake kits for the 2003-2013 Nissan 350Z and 370Z models with three new performance level options. The kits are based on the high capacity Aerolite 6R six-piston radial mount calipers and 14” Spec37 alloy two-piece aluminum hat mounted rotors.

Wilwood has upgraded the performance of their front big brake kits for the 2007 and newer Jeep JK models. This is a result of the development of a new big-volume, six piston differential bore Superlite 6R caliper that replaces the previous four piston model.

Wilwood’s Forged Dynalite Internal (FDLi) aluminum lug mount calipers are the new generation in the Dynalite caliper series. FDLi bodies are manufactured from a new forging designed to increase wheel clearance in the bridge transition, eliminate the need for bridge spacers to accommodate different rotor widths and add overall stiffness with larger 3/8” diameter bridge bolts.
