Superlite 4R four piston radial mount rear caliper kits add big brake stopping power and style to any 1997-2013 C5 or C6 Corvette rear suspension. Forged Narrow Superlite 4R/ST four piston radial mount race caliper rear kits are the engineered match for the AERO6R/ST front race kits on vehicles intended for unrestricted road race competition. All emphasis is on matched front to rear balance, high durability, and high efficiency heat management, without adding unnecessary rotating or unsprung weight to the driveline and rear suspension. FNSL4R/ST calipers use a forged aluminum body and feature a Type III Mil-Spec, medium gray color hard anodized finish. Hard anodizing provides superior wear resistance in the piston bores, and high resistance to abrasion and corrosion throughout. Thermlock® pistons are used to reduce heat transfer from the pads to increase fade resistance, and extend service life by decreasing temperatures in the caliper body, fluid, and seals. Internal damper springs and controlled retraction, high-temperature piston seals assure consistent pedal height from start to finish. Caliper piston volumes are matched for full compatibility with the OE master cylinder output and ABS controls. The calipers are also fully compatible with manual brake conversions to balance bar pedals using appropriately sized master cylinders. Spec37 alloy GT series directional vane 13.00” rotors are dynamically mounted using our new Dynamic Lug Mounting system to forged aluminum hats. As is with the calipers, the hats are hard anodized for superior wear resistance and extended service life at the load bearing surfaces. Mounting brackets, including all premium grade fasteners, secure the calipers to the uprights in the stock location with no modifications required. This championship proven system is completed with high temperature, high friction, race compound pads selected specifically by application. Installation requires the separate purchase of the stainless steel braided flexline kit that must be ordered according to the model year.

DPC56 rear caliper, pad, and rotor kits are engineered as high performance street and custom show replacements for Corvettes and hot rods using Corvette suspension. These kits combine the high-tech styling and superior performance of the DPC56 calipers, 12.00” diameter SRP series drilled and slotted e-coat rotors, and the positive response, long wear, high fade resistance, and easy clean properties of the BP-10 compound Smart Pads. These kits bolt directly to the rear spindle of any model C5 or C6 from 1997-2013, without the need for additional brackets or adapters.

The DPC56 is a direct bolt-on replacement for the OE calipers on all models of the C5 from 1997 to 2004, and all base model C6’s from 2005 to 2013 using 12.00” diameter rear rotors. The calipers attach directly to the Corvette spindle without the need for brackets or adapters and accept all types of OE banjo bolt style brake hoses.
