Wilwood is pleased to launch new 5-lug big brake kits for the more powerful 2022-23 Polaris RZR Turbo and Pro R UTV models. Matched front and rear multi-piston calipers feature Wilwood’s Lug-Drive technology that dynamically mounts steel rotors to lightweight aluminum hats to reduce piston knockback and will fit most 15” or larger wheels.

Motorsports-proven, stress-flow forged aluminum Narrow Dynapro Radial Mount (NDPR) front and rear calipers provide superior strength to reduce deflection under extreme use. Users will experience better pedal feel, increased brake torque and longer pad life. Stainless steel pistons are equipped with high-temperature seals to protect brake fluid from heat and dirt.

Large 11.25” (285mm) steel rotors improve thermal capacity, are black E-coated and are available with a plain face or drilled options. Calipers are available in glossy red or black powder coat or 24 additional color options (additional charges apply). Wilwood’s high-performance BP-10 SmartPads come standard, while race-spec kits feature BP-28 pads and calipers finished in Type III hard anodize
