GP200 Caliper

The GP 200 billet caliper represents the newest lightweight (only .90 pounds) caliper specifically designed for tight fit applications while utilizing a standard 2.38” lug mount. Now available (depending on part number) in either 1/8-27 NPT or a 3/8-24 fluid inlets. The GP 200 combines superior strength with a type III hard anodized finish along with several new performance features. The strength of the GP 200 is a combination of process and design. GP 200 calipers are fully CNC machined from premium grade alloy billet. The FEA generated body design incorporates a highly fortified transition between the piston housings and the bridges. Strengthening this critical area of the caliper has substantially increased its resistance to deflection and body separation under load.

GP200 Left Front Sprint Brake Kit

The GP200 System features Wilwood’s competition proven Dynamic Rotor Mount system, Super Alloy lightweight steel alloy rotors, and the highly efficient clamping force of the GP200 billet caliper for the most fade-free performance. Component features: include GP200 Billet Aluminum 2 Piston Caliper with Wilwood’s Super Alloy rotor material that controls heat transfer and provides a durable surface that can generate high friction for long, trouble-free duty cycles. Dynamic mounting with Wilwood’s t-nut system isolates all thermal stress and distortion at the rotor mounting points caused by the different temperatures and expansion rates between the lightweight alloy steel rotor and the aluminum rotor mount plate. The rotor stays flatter and runs truer to eliminate any possibility of pad knock-back or deflection. Dynamic Mount Rotor Plate: Lightweight billet alloy plate is machined with the slots to accept the rotor bolt t-nuts and adapt the rotor directly to 3 bolt sprint hubs. Wilwood 150-12270 Purple brake pads and a rigid caliper mounting bracket.

Bracket Kit, Open Wheel - Left Front Sprint

Wilwood’s Open Wheel Left Front Bracket kits are manufactured from high strength aluminum alloy, steel thread insert and black e-coat finish. Bracket 250-16430 is designed for Sprint front spindles to mount GP200 2 piston caliper (PN 120-12178) and 10.50"x.16 diameter Left Front rotor (PN 160-10717).
