Junior Graphic Artist
Job Type:  Full Time, Employee
Experience:  2+ Years Experience
Education:  Some College Preferred

As a Junior Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design of digital assets and marketing collateral material. Projects include creating print advertisements, trade show materials, sales flyers, tri-folds, banners, posters, graphic web support, product launch materials, and other graphics projects as needed.

This position works closely with the sales department and creative managers to represent the corporate brand and strategy with high-quality content. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. Projects may entail numerous rounds of review/rework in a collaborative environment. The right candidate must be able to handle constructive criticism in a professional manner.



Necessary Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Two or more years of graphic design experience in a corporate environment. Experience in an aftermarket automotive company a plus.
  • Capable of working independently after initial scope of project is defined.
  • Knowledge of four-color offset printing and properly preparing files for output is a must.

Experienced Product Photographer
Job Type:  Full Time, Employee
Experience:  2 years
Education:  Some College Preferred

Wilwood Disc Brakes is seeking a full-time photographer and experienced Photoshop user in Camarillo, CA. This is not a remote position.


Minimum two years, product photography experience:

  • Responsible for requesting parts from inventory, set creation, including lighting and backdrops to produce high-quality images for web and print use.
  • Responsible for image processing, including color correction, image retouching, product masking, compositing, and resizing.
  • Batch converting files to resize and/or reformat.
  • Work closely with marketing department setting up products for photoshoots.
  • Support graphic designers with images for ads in major automotive publications
  • Occasional off-site travel for events, including vehicle photography and action shots. Must be creative to produce assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Follow precise instructions from engineers and mechanics for installation photography.



Necessary Skills
  • Two or more years of product photography experience in a corporate environment. Related experience in an aftermarket automotive marketing atmosphere a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with a working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Will be trained to use our in-house ERP system.
  • Proficiency with mirrorless camera systems. Preferably Sony.
  • Capable of working independently after initial scope of project is defined.
  • Responsible for tracking and updating project progress for multiple assignments.
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential with the ability to interact effectively, inside and outside the department, including all levels of management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
