There are three individual fabricated steel pedals with non-slip pedal pads to control brake, clutch and throttle. Pedal assembly part number 340-12410 is for rear engine cars and does not include a throttle bell crank and linkage. This unit features an aluminum frame with strong lightweight fabricated steel pedal arms. The frame and the pedal arms have a black e-coat finish for protection and an attractive appearance. Also included with the pedal assembly are mounting studs, clevises, and balance bar assembly that is designed to provide smooth and accurate settings of the brake pedal bias. The balance bar can be set and locked down with the jam nut, or attached to a remote cable for quick on-track adjustments. The pedal assembly provides a 5.25 to 1 nominal ratio.

It features a lightweight aluminum frame, with high strength reinforced I-Beam style forged pedal arms in either 6.25:1 or 7.00:1 ratios. The non-skid waffled pedal pads can be laterally adjusted for driver preference or clearance as necessary. Will fit most tandem cylinders available with 3.25 horizontal bolt spacing. Pedal base has additional mount points for vertical mount 2.50” spacing tandem master cylinders using 5/16-18 studs (not supplied with pedal assembly). Clutch master cylinder mount is also a 2.25” vertical mount and will use most popular single outlet cylinders.

This unit features a variable leverage, machined billet pivot arm that multiplies input force on average by 1.5:1 - a 5:1 pedal becomes 7.5:1, 6:1 becomes 9:1. To accommodate fitment where space is at a premium, the master cylinders are mounted one above the other, twisted 60 degrees with remote fluid reservoirs. The balance bar incorporates a positive detent stop each complete turn to maintain setting and facilitate on-track driver adjustment.

Wilwood's Remote Mount Pedal uses a pin and clevis pushrod attachment system that provides the highest possible degree of misalignment angle for bind-free operation through the entire range of travel. It gives precision bias adjustment, control, and fine-tuning on race vehicles equipped with dual brake master cylinder systems and proportionally sized calipers. Reverse Swing Mount Tru-Bar Brake Pedal Description

Wilwood’s Tru-Bar balance bar system is now available in a Reverse Swing mount pedal with a 5:1 ratio. Tru-Bar pedals utilize a fixed trunnion bearing in the pedal arm, with spherical rod-end bearing pushrod attachments. They provide ultimate precision, control, and adjustment of the brake bias on race prepped vehicles. The new Tru-Bar pedals utilize the same chassis and master cylinder mounting as all Wilwood balance bar style pedals. A stronger and larger diameter 7/16-20 bar provides quicker adjustment and features a shouldered 3/8” diameter end to attach the standard remote adjuster cable to deliver professional, championship caliber performance. Wilwood’s Tru-Bar balance bar utilizes a fixed trunnion bearing in the pedal arm with spherical rod ends at the pushrod connections. It provides the ultimate in precision bias adjustment, control, and fine tuning on race prepped vehicles equipped with twin brake Master cylinder systems and proportionately sized calipers.

Swing Mount Brake Pedal Description

This swinging mount pedal assembly mounts two single outlet brake master cylinders in a forward position outside the firewall. It features a lightweight aluminum frame, with a high strength reinforced I-Beam style forged 10:1 ratio pedal arm. The non-skid waffled pedal pad can be laterally adjusted for driver preference or clearance as necessary. The balance bar incorporates a positive detent stop every full turn to maintain adjustment position and driver awareness. A pin and clevis pushrod attachment system provides highest possible degree of misalignment angle for bind free operation through the entire range of travel. The balance bar can be locked in place with the included jam nut, or used with an optional remote cable for quick on-track adjustments. This pedal accepts any Wilwood vertical mount flange single outlet master cylinders that are ordered separately by style and bore size.

Remote Bias Adjuster Description

Wilwood’s Remote Balance Bar Cable Adjuster is used with balance bars to adjust front-to-rear brake bias during changing race conditions. The highly visible bright blue knob features a special bi-directional detente control providing the driver with positive adjustment feedback. The special five foot cable and housing (which can be cut to any length for a custom fit) provides an optimum bending radius for easy installation and smooth performance in tight confines. The assembly comes with two label faces for either front-to-rear or rear-to-front adjustment. Standard 3/8-24 thread fits Wilwood and most commonly used balance bars.
