Wilwood has expanded their SmartPads line of racing and performance brake pads with a new BP-30 compound formula. The BP-30 compound is engineered for high friction and fade resistance with long wear in endurance-type competition. This compound is well-suited for road racing, hard braking short track oval racing, or any type of competition with sustained high temperatures. .
BP-30 SmartPads provide smooth initial engagement with linear response through the entire temperature range. These brake pads are now available in the pad plates used with popular Wilwood racing calipers including D52 GM (full size), D154 GM (metric), and other caliper brands using common pad plate shapes.
