Wilwood has released a new rear big brake kit developed specifically to fit the Detroit Speed DECAlink™ rear suspension system for 1963-1979 Corvette models, as well as 1980-1982 Corvette models that have been retrofitted with the 1979 and earlier differential.
The kits are engineered around a 14.00” diameter rotor with a Forged Superlite four piston caliper and incorporates Wilwood’s auxiliary MC4 mechanical caliper as the parking brake. Rotor choices include SRP series drilled and slotted e-coat rotors or GT series slotted face competition style rotors for track cars. Standard caliper finishes include gray anodized, gloss black and red powder coat, or 22 additional color options.
