Wilwood has upgraded the performance of their front big brake kits for the 2007 and newer Jeep JK models. This is a result of the development of a new big-volume, six piston differential bore Superlite 6R caliper that replaces the previous four piston model.
The upgraded kit increases brake performance due to the larger overall piston volume. Pad wear is optimized through more efficient and better-balanced pad loading from the differential piston bore configuration.
When combined with the Superlite 4R rear big brake kit, this complete system combines optimal braking capacity with high-tech style for all types of big tire and lifted vehicles for street, off-road and show.
