Press Release PR-23

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Camarillo, CA • February 18, 2011

Wilwood HP competition rotors, for spec modifieds, street stocks, and other hobby classes restricted to OE style components, are cast from a proprietary iron alloy formula to bring you the strongest and most durable front hub/rotor assemblies available today. The rotors are new, purpose built castings, and not reworked OE parts. Every step has been taken to provide maximum strength in the high stress and load bearing areas, without adding unnecessary weight. All machining tolerances are held to the high standards you have come to expect from Wilwood Engineering.

Each HP rotor is machined and fitted with 5/8” coarse thread studs on the 5 on 5” bolt circle for use with racing wheels. Bearing races are installed, ready for assembly on your GM Metric or Ford Pinto / Mustang II spindle. Hub installation kits are also available and include the inner and outer wheel bearings, hub seal, spindle nut, tab washer, cotter pin and dust cap.

To compliment the performance of the HP rotors, Wilwood offers GM Metric racing calipers in aluminum or cast iron along with a full range of race compound D154 brake pads.
